Our goal is to offer complete care in one convenient location, using modern techniques to ensure high-quality results.

  • Absolutely! We are happily accepting new patients. Whether you’re new to the area or just looking for a different dental home, we welcome you to join the Nuvo family. Our friendly team will guide you through the new patient process and make sure you feel comfortable from your very first visit.

  • Yes. We work with many major dental insurance providers (including popular plans from companies like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, MetLife, and others) to make your care as affordable as possible. Our staff can help verify your benefits and even file insurance claims on your behalf. If you have questions about whether we accept your specific insurance, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

  • No insurance? No problem. For patients without dental insurance, we offer an in-house membership plan called the Nu Smile Club. This plan provides routine preventive care (like regular check-ups, cleanings, and annual X-rays) at a flat affordable rate, and it includes discounts on other treatments such as fillings, teeth whitening, Invisalign, and more. We also have flexible financing and payment options available, so you can still get the high-quality dental care you need without worrying about the cost.

Care & Experience

  • At Nuvo Dental Arts, we do everything we can to ensure your dental visits are comfortable and virtually pain-free. Our team uses the latest techniques and technology to minimize discomfort, including gentle injection methods and effective numbing anesthesia for procedures. Many treatments are far more comfortable today than people expect, but if you’re feeling anxious or worried about pain, please let us know — we offer amenities and sedation options to help you relax. Your comfort is one of our top priorities.

  • The length of an appointment can vary depending on the type of visit, but a routine dental check-up and cleaning usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. For other procedures, the timing differs: for example, filling a cavity might take around 30 minutes, while more involved treatments like placing a crown or doing a root canal could require 60–90 minutes or more. We value your time and will always give you an estimate beforehand, so you know what to expect. Our office also strives to run on schedule, so you won’t be stuck in the waiting room for long.

  • At Nuvo Dental Arts, we pride ourselves on providing a dental experience that truly stands out. Here are a few things that make us different:

    • Advanced Technology: We invest in state-of-the-art dental technology, such as low-radiation digital X-rays, 3D imaging, and CEREC for same-day crowns. This means more precise diagnoses, faster treatment times, and fewer visits for our patients.

    • Comfortable Environment: Our office is modern, clean, and designed for your comfort. We have a welcoming reception area (with amenities like music and refreshments) and peaceful treatment rooms. We want you to feel at ease from the moment you walk in.

    • Patient-Centered Care: Dr. Adrian Gonzalez and the entire Nuvo team take a personalized, gentle approach to dentistry. We take the time to explain your options in plain language and answer all your questions. You’ll never feel rushed here — we treat you like family and make sure you’re informed and comfortable every step of the way.

    • Comprehensive Services: We offer a wide range of services in-house, from general preventive care to cosmetic enhancements and specialized procedures. You won’t need to visit multiple offices for different treatments; you can get complete care under one roof with a team you trust.
In short, our mission is to combine expert skill with a friendly, caring touch. We focus on creating a stress-free experience and results that will make you proud to show off your smile.

Preventive & Cosmetic

  • For most people, we recommend coming in for a dental check-up and cleaning every six months. Visiting the dentist twice a year helps us catch any potential problems early and keeps your teeth and gums in good shape. Of course, some individuals with specific dental concerns or conditions might need to be seen more frequently (for example, every three to four months), but every six months is a good rule of thumb for maintaining a healthy smile.

  • Yes – when performed properly, teeth whitening and our other cosmetic dental treatments are safe and effective. We use professional-grade products and follow strict protocols to protect your teeth and gums during any cosmetic procedure. For example, before whitening, we’ll make sure your teeth and enamel are healthy and we’ll shield your gums to prevent irritation. You might experience mild sensitivity after treatments like whitening, but this is temporary and should subside quickly. Rest assured, your health and safety are our top priority, so we only offer cosmetic procedures that have been proven to be safe when administered by dental professionals.

  • Absolutely. We can address all of these common dental issues with modern treatments. For example:

    • Chipped tooth: A minor chip can often be repaired with dental bonding (to fill in and rebuild the missing piece) or a porcelain veneer that covers the front of the tooth, restoring its appearance and strength.

    • Crooked teeth: We offer orthodontic solutions like Invisalign® clear aligners to gradually straighten teeth. For more complex cases, we can refer for traditional braces. Straightening teeth not only improves your smile but also your bite and overall oral health.

    • Missing teeth: We have several great options to replace missing teeth. Dental implants are a popular permanent solution that looks and feels natural. Other alternatives include dental bridges (which attach to neighboring teeth) or comfortable partial/full dentures. Replacing missing teeth is important for chewing, speaking, and preventing other teeth from shifting.
During a consultation, we’ll examine your situation and recommend the best treatment plan to restore your smile’s appearance and functionality.

Advanced Dental Imaging & Technology

    • At Nuvo Dental Arts, we embrace modern technology in every aspect of care. You’ll find:

      • Digital X-Rays – quick, high-resolution images with minimal radiation.

      • 3D CBCT Scans – detailed 3D views for precise implant planning and diagnostics.

      • Intraoral Cameras – small cameras that let you see what we see on a chairside screen.

      • Laser Dentistry – minimally invasive treatments with faster healing and less discomfort.

      • CEREC Same-Day Crowns – custom crowns designed, milled, and placed in a single visit.

  • Yes. Our digital systems use very low radiation, often less than traditional film X-rays. We follow strict safety standards and only recommend scans when necessary for accurate diagnosis.

  • Absolutely. Your records are yours. We can securely email you digital copies or provide them on a drive if needed.

  • No referral is needed if you’re a Nuvo patient. We can take care of scans in-house as part of your diagnostic care.

Same-Day Dentistry & Emergencies

    • Yes. We leave room in our schedule for urgent needs and do our best to see patients the same day. Whether it’s pain, a broken tooth, or a lost crown, we’ll take care of you quickly.

  • Severe toothaches, broken or knocked-out teeth, lost restorations, swelling, or signs of infection all qualify as emergencies. If it’s urgent to you, it’s urgent to us.

  • Call our office and follow the after-hours instructions. Our on-call dentist will return your call and guide you. For serious injuries or uncontrolled bleeding, visit the nearest ER.

CEREC One-Visit Crowns

    • A CEREC crown is a custom ceramic crown designed, milled, and placed in a single appointment. We take a digital scan of your tooth, design your crown on-screen, and create it on-site using our milling machine. You walk out with your permanent crown the same day.

  • With good care, a CEREC crown can last 10–15 years or longer. Regular check-ups, brushing, flossing, and avoiding habits like grinding all help extend its life.

  • Yes. CEREC crowns are made of high-quality ceramic that’s durable and natural-looking. Their precise digital fit can even improve strength and longevity compared to some lab-made crowns.

  • Most insurance plans that cover crowns will also cover CEREC crowns. We’ll verify your benefits in advance so you know your costs before treatment.

  • If a tooth doesn’t have enough healthy structure for a crown, we’ll let you know and discuss alternatives like a root canal with post, extraction, implant, or bridge. Our goal is always the most effective, lasting solution.

Insurance & Financing

    • Yes. We work with many major dental insurance providers and will help maximize your benefits.

  • We accept most PPO plans, including major providers like Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, Principal, UnitedHealthcare, and others. Call us to confirm your plan.

  • We offer the Nu Smile Club, our in-house membership plan that includes preventive care and discounts on other treatments. Flexible payment options are also available.

  • Yes. We provide in-house payment plans and partner with financing providers like CareCredit. This allows you to spread costs into affordable monthly payments.

  • Most insurance does not cover purely cosmetic treatments like whitening or veneers. If a procedure also restores function (like crowns or certain orthodontics), insurance may cover part of it.

  • Always. We provide clear estimates before treatment, explain insurance coverage, and review financing options. No surprises — you’ll know what to expect before we begin.
